Just 1 Mile RUNNING CLUB
The concept is simple. Run
Just 1 Mile in 20 minutes, every twenty minutes for as many miles as you want (capped weekly).
Everyone starts the mile at the same time and must finish within the 20 minutes in order to start the next mile. If you don't complete the mile within the 20 minutes, you have to wait for the next start time to continue.
Between miles runners have a yarn, fuel up and prepare for the next mile.
The group will meet every Saturday morning at different 1 mile loops around Twillingate/New World Island. The meet up location will be announced on social media.
The 1 mile loop will be announced on social media weekly.
Anyone and everyone is welcome.
Saturday mornings at 10 AM.
This is a self-supported run, so bring whatever you need to get you to your goal.

There are no washrooms at any of the trail running locations. Plan accordingly.
Yes! A mile loop takes approximately 16 minutes to walk.
As the loops vary, so does the elevation. But, expect some accents and decents.
You'll be notified when each 20 minute interval begins/ends.
